Building Louvres

We have, for many years, acted as support Structural Consultants for one of the world’s leading suppliers of aluminium louvre systems. Design in aluminium is a specialist area and not many consultants can provide this service. This example is a major business park in West London and contains a highly complex external louvre system. These are some of the largest louvres ever designed and we provided full analysis and design for the entire system. Over the years we have also coordinated wind-tunnel testing for some of these systems to enable consideration of dynamic flutter effects.
