It gives us great pleasure to share the news that Josef Ashton, Richter engineer, has passed his chartered professional review with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).

Over the years, Josef has developed remarkable solutions to engineering problems, particularly in the specialised area of temporary works.

Josef joined Richter as a design engineer in July 2019. When we asked him about his achievement he expressed how; "This accomplishment confirms my strong commitment to delivering high-quality work in Civil Engineering. I am excited to continue my professional journey with Richter and eagerly embrace the opportunities that lie ahead."

We also spoke to Josef’s mentor; Andrew Lowe and he said: "Having been fortunate enough to be Josef's mentor, I never had any doubt that he would achieve this significant milestone. Josef is a consistently high performer, and a clear leader in the team. By being able to draw on his technical design expertise, his sound understanding of how structures are built safely, and his excellent people and project management skills, Josef has demonstrated to the ICE reviewers that he truly deserves the title of Chartered Civil Engineer. I am confident that Josef will use this achievement as a stepping stone to even greater things. Well done!"

We are delighted to also announce that Josef has been promoted to the position of Senior Chartered Engineer following his achievement of becoming chartered. From everyone at Richter well done Josef!
