Appointed as sub-consultants to the main bridge designers. We assisted with the design of the erection gantry. This gantry was required to negotiate severe vertical and horizontal curvatures and consequently had an elaborate system of vertical jacking and lateral sliding adjustments. A very complex and sophisticated gantry.
