We would like to congratulate Sarah Lee, People and Culture Manager, and Anna Beaumont, Commercial Administrator from 48.3, on recently becoming corporate members of the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM). In addition, Richter's Exeter Office Manager, Rob May has also gained his Fellowship status with the IAM.

Sarah has worked for 48.3 for the past eight years, with her role developing as the company has grown. Before that, she worked for various blue chip companies including Reed Exhibitions and Nestle UK in their marketing and PR departments.

Before joining the 48.3 team in January 2019, Anna worked in the police force as a team coordinator.

Rob joined Richter's Exeter based team in March 2021 and is ensuring the smooth running of the administration of the office.

As we know, the IAM is one of the oldest management institutes in the UK, and through the delivery of their qualification programmes, have, and continue to support people in developing their skills, building successful careers and fulfilling their potential as professional administrators, administrative managers and managers.

Sarah, Anna and Rob are all delighted to now be official members of the IAM and look forward to growing their professional qualities.

Great work and well done from everyone at Richter and 48.3.
