Congratulations to Jim Banham, one of the Design Engineers based from Richter's Marlow office, who recently achieved a MSc in Temporary Works and Construction Method Engineering, passing with Distinction from City, University of London.

We asked Jim what this achievement meant to him;

“I was always given time to carry out my studies, and my colleagues frequently offered useful advice and insight assisting me with course modules. I’m incredibly proud to have passed my MSc with Distinction, and can now continue to work towards becoming a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE)”.

At Richter, we always ensure that our people get the time and support they need to continue to develop themselves personally and professionally. We value our team, their experience and knowledge, and we want them to thrive and grow within our business and the industry.

Great work Jim, well done from all of your colleagues here at Richter.
