Richter is committed to supporting and developing its people to enable them to work effectively and fulfill their potential, which is also evident when providing clients with an excellent service and ensuring the individual employee’s personal and professional development is maximised.

Richter is proud to announce Andrew McAleer from the Birmingham office has recently been promoted to Associate Director

Andrew joined us as an associate in July 2021, when we spoke to him he told us what the promotion meant for him; “Being promoted to Associate Director is a great honour and it is an opportunity for me to expand my knowledge, abilities and what I can contribute to Richter. This would not have been possible without the support of my Director Mark Davies and the talented teams that I work with day to day in Birmingham and Huddersfield and I intend to continue to help them grow in turn. It is very exciting to be part of such a growing and dynamic business and I look forward to seeing what the future holds for Richter.”

We spoke to Mark Davies about working with Andrew and he said "Having worked with Andrew early in his career, at a previous company, I was able to see at first hand his potential so I’ve always had little doubt that he would go on the achieve great things in his career. At that time, he became one of the youngest people, if not the youngest person, I know to have very deservedly achieved chartership, after only four years. His subsequent journey, working at major permanent works consultancies, has further equipped Andrew with the skills need to take on more senior roles. It gives me great pleasure therefore to see Andrew achieve his promotion to Associate Director and I have no doubt that he will continue to build on this and be a key part of Richter Associates future success.”

Congratulations Andrew, we look forward to seeing you develop over the coming years
