Richter presents at sustainability conference

Huda Lohiya delivers Richter's sustainability vision.

This week Richter attended the Balfour Beatty Rail Supply Chain Environment and Sustainability Conference. Huda Lohiya, Richter's Design Engineer and Sustainability Champion, was invited as a guest speaker to the conference to present initiatives for increased sustainability in temporary works design.

Amongst a variety of ideas and key characteristics, Richter believes in the importance of considering and conserving natural resources and eco-systems, partnerships to develop the teams knowledge and promote circular economy, and collaborating with our clients and partners to produce the most efficient and effective design. 

Paul Fuller, Environmental and Sustainability Advisor at Balfour Beatty said, "I would like to thank the team at Richter for their attendance to this conference, it was a fantastic opportunity to learn about Richter's services and for us to share and innovate together in future projects. I would also like to thank Huda Lohiya for the fantastic presentation she delivered.
