We are delighted to share the news that Andrew Lowe, Technical Director has received Fellowship status from the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).

Andy joined the business as Associate Director back in March 2021 and has been busy ever since. Based in Richter's Huddersfield office, now taking up his newly appointed role as Technical Director, he told us, "I am delighted to have achieved Fellowship with the ICE and hope to be able to continue to mentor, support and encourage the next generations to pursue careers in civil engineering".

We love this definition taken from the ICE website; ICE Fellowship is the highest grade of membership and provides recognition for those who have made outstanding contributions to civil engineering and society. It shines a light on you as a civil engineer and your achievements as a leader in the profession, wherever you are in the world.

Abouzar Jahanshahi, Managing Director at Richter said: "In the short time Andy has been at Richter he has achieved so much and demonstrated a great degree of dedication in our profession, not only for himself but for the team around him. By passing on his knowledge and experience to others paves the way for the next generation of civil and temporary works engineers. Many congratulations for achieving the Fellowship, very well deserved Andy and wishing you all the best for your inevitable future successes".

The light is shining on you Andy! From all of the team at Richter, congratulations.
